The polls for the election will open at 6:30 a.m. & remain open until 7:30 p.m. of said day.
The Board of Elections of Clinton County, Ohio issues this Proclamation and Notice of Election:
A PRIMARY ELECTION WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, the 6th of MAY, 2014 (the first Tuesday after the first Monday
in May ) at the usual places of holding elections in each and every precinct throughout said County or at such
places as the Board may designate, for the purpose of choosing the following: Governor and Lieutenant Governor;
Attorney General; Auditor of State; Secretary of State; Treasurer of State; United States Representative to
Congress 15th District; Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court (full term commencing 1/1/2015); Justice of the Ohio
Supreme Court (term commencing 1/2/2015); Judge of the Court of Appeals 12th District (full term commencing
1/1/2015); Judge of the Court of Appeals 12th District (full term commencing 2/9/2015); Member of State Central
Committee, Man 17th District; Member of State Central Committee, Woman 17th District; State Senator 17th
District; State Representative 91st District; Judge of the Court of Common Pleas, Probate/Juvenile Division (full
term commencing 2/9/2015); County Commissioner (full term commencing 1/1/2015); County Auditor;
Republican Members of the County Central Committee; Democratic Members of the County Central Committee;
and determining the following questions and issues:



East Clinton Local School District:

Renewal-General permanent improvements 3 mills
($0.30) for a continuing period of time

Village of Port William:

Question to voters for governmental electric
aggregation program with opt-out provisions

Greeneview Local School District:
Additional- One-quarter of a percent (0.25%) annual
income tax on the income of individuals and estates
in the school district for 30 years for general
permanent improvements

Village of Lynchburg:

Renewal- 5 mills ($0.50) for 5 years commencing in
2014 for police protection

Issue 1, Proposed Constitutional Amendment:

To fund public infrastructure capital improvements
by permitting the issuance of general obligation
